Perfect for sizing the correct inverter, or making sure you won’t send your new inverter into overload. Plug the Kill A Watt into an AC outlet, then insert your device’s plug into the Kill A Watt and press a button. It’s as easy as 1-2-3 !

The P4400 is designed to operate at up to 15 Amps continuous. Above 15 Amps, the display will flash and a warning tone will sound immediately. Generally speaking, the Kill-A-Watt can accurately measure at loads of up to 18amps. The unit can withstand a maximum current of 29.0 A, Crest factor=1 for a short period (one second). The unit is equipped with a non-user-serviceable fuse. It has proven to be quite rugged in the field.

Electricity bills can also be outragous, but now you can cut down on costs and find out what machines are actually worth keeping plugged in. Simply connect your appliances into the Kill A Watt and it will assess how efficient they really are.
