Generally Excellent Condition

Open-box products are generally in excellent or very good condition. The original box may be missing or damaged, paperwork may be missing, or the packaging may otherwise be imperfect. These products generally show little to no evidence of previous installation.

Used

Function Tested, Cosmetic Variation

Used products may show signs of previous installation or use and can have scratches, scuffs, blemishes, or other cosmetic wear. Every used item offered for sale by Inverters R Us is individually tested and guaranteed to work.

Why are sold-out Used and Open Box products still shown on the website?

Keeping previously available products visible makes it easier to identify the exact Victron model and SKU you're interested in. Used and open-box inventory can return at any time as additional items are received and tested.

Can I join the waitlist for more than one SKU?

Yes. You can provide multiple Victron SKUs or model numbers on the same waitlist submission.

Can I request either USED or OPEN BOX?

Yes. You can indicate that you want USED only, OPEN BOX only, or that either condition is acceptable.

Does joining the waitlist reserve a product for me?

No. The waitlist is a notification service and does not reserve inventory. Used and open-box products can be limited to a single unit and may sell quickly.

Are Used Victron products tested?

Yes. Every used Victron product listed for sale by Inverters R Us is individually tested and guaranteed to work. Cosmetic condition and remaining manufacturer warranty coverage may vary from unit to unit.
